PLEASE NOTE: You are buying beef based on the hanging weight of the carcass whole, split evenly 2 ways, or split evenly 4 ways. You can expect to receive approximately ~60%+ of the carcass weight.

  • One 360 lb. half of beef will produce at least 215 pounds of meat!

  • One Quarter derived from a 360 lb. half will weigh 180 pounds and produce at least 115 pounds of meat!

*Product will come in approximately cardboard cases for easy transport.

*An average chest freezer will typically hold an average half.
